At Level 4, our Dedicated Tech Engineers possess the highest level of expertise and take on critical roles in your organization. Their skill set includes:

• ➤ Handling escalations from lower-level engineers and providing expert troubleshooting.
• ➤ Mentoring and coaching junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• ➤ Assisting in scoping and executing projects, including complex IT infrastructure deployments and upgrades.
• ➤ Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• ➤ Leading project teams, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery.
• ➤ Conducting thorough assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• ➤ Providing expert guidance in IT strategy, infrastructure planning, and technology adoption.
• ➤ Demonstrating advanced knowledge in areas such as virtualization, networking, cloud technologies, and database management.
• ➤ Expertise in troubleshooting networking appliances, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• ➤ Proficiency in managing and optimizing AV systems, backups, spam filters, NAS, and hardware/software firewalls.
• ➤ In-depth understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Active Directory, SNMP, and related technologies.
• ➤ Experience with leading remote monitoring and management tools like Datto RMM, SolarWinds N-central, and ConnectWise.
• ➤ Familiarity with professional services automation (PSA) systems such as Autotask and ConnectWise Manage.
• ➤ Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL best practices and their practical implementation.
