Do we stay in control of our clients and tools?

Completely. We're tool-agnostic, so your dedicated engineer works inside your own PSA, RMM, and tools, whatever you run, under your processes and your brand. We manage the engineer; you own the client relationship, always.

What if our dedicated engineer resigns or leaves?

This is where the managed model really pays off: replacing an engineer is our job, not yours. If your dedicated engineer ever resigns, we provide an equally capable replacement, and just as you interviewed and approved the first, you interview and approve the new one. The recruiting, the cost, and the ramp-up are all on us. Because the work lives in your own systems and documentation, the handover is orderly, so you carry none of the replacement overhead that a departing in-house hire would otherwise land on you.

How quickly can an engineer start?

After a short discovery call to understand your stack and needs, we match you with the right engineer and integrate them into your workflow. It's typically a matter of weeks, not the months a local hire usually takes.

Can we start small before committing?

Yes. Many MSPs begin with a short, paid pilot on one slice of work, such as after-hours cover or an escalation backlog, to see the fit for themselves, then expand into a full dedicated seat. No long contract required to get started.

Do you only provide senior engineers?

We lead with senior Tier 3 and Tier 4 engineers, because that's where most MSPs feel the squeeze. We can also staff the full stack; Tier 1 and 2 are available when you need broader coverage.

Will the engineer work in our hours and workflow?

Yes. They work as an extension of your team, aligned to your hours, your tools, and your escalation paths. You set the roster and approve their leave, exactly as you would for your own staff, so it feels like having someone on your team rather than an outside vendor.

Which regions do you work with?

We work primarily with US-based MSPs, and we also support MSPs across the UK, Europe, Australia, the Middle East (including the UAE and Saudi Arabia), and beyond. Because the model is fully remote, your dedicated engineer aligns to your time zone, hours, and workflow wherever you operate.

How does pricing work?

Simple and predictable: a fixed monthly fee per engineer, with no recruiting, benefits, overhead, or ramp-up costs to carry. For most MSPs that lands well below the fully loaded cost of the same capability hired locally. We'll tailor a quote to the level and coverage you need; just send us a note and we'll walk you through the numbers.

How do you handle our data and security?

Your dedicated engineer works within your own systems and security controls, following your access and data-handling policies, so your client data stays governed by your safeguards. We follow disciplined data-protection processes and abide by the regulations that apply to you and your clients in your jurisdiction. We treat all client information as confidential, and we're glad to put the appropriate agreements in place, such as an NDA and a data-processing agreement, to meet your requirements.

Are you HIPAA or SOC 2 certified?

Not yet, and we won't claim a certification we don't hold. Your dedicated engineer works inside your own systems, controls, and compliance policies, so your existing safeguards stay in force, and our processes follow the controls these frameworks call for, like least-privilege access, confidentiality, and careful data handling. We're working toward formal certification.
